- A.: Yes we do. We have some of the best technical minds around to aide us in our tasks. Nomatter what the software, or the issue, we will do our best to repair the issue for you or else you won't be charged.

- A.: With remote support you never even have to leave your house. You save on gas and time and you get up and running faster. Remote assistance is where we come into your computer online and do any issue check and repairs needed. Then we leave as quick as we came and you are done. Have you ever been worred about that work or homework assignment because you think you lost your information or you can't print. With remote assistance we can come in and get you up and running quickly.

- A.: Yes, it is completely secure. In order for us to come into your computer you either have to be at your computer or have signed a contract with us that we can come in and work on your computer when you are not there.
